Celestial Bodies
i have an idea on harvard protect intellectual property that is posted on a blogsphere or other diary-based information filing to compare with an observatory that is documenting a celestial body that requires a completion of a celestial cycle before any justifiable claims of nature can be made i'm also looking for 1940-70 initial use of space observatories and electromagnetic sensors to detect interstellar radar and other space emission phenomenon to obstruse the documentation method and proprietary patronage system of science and technology based research to determine any dispositive outcome of such authorship i think i may manage an extension over 1-year rule on this principle because my publication is a sequential in series like the old marvel comics i tend to think of the scene in "contact" where they are invaded by the military after discovering a sentient extraterrestrial signal and are chastised for forwarding to another observatory to maintain the view past the horizon window
